Everything on this site belongs to Self-Made Legends LLC. Every word, image, design, garment design, layout, and line of code. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress law, and we enforce it.

The marks

The following are trademarks of Self-Made Legends LLC, whether registered or not:

• Self-Made Legends — always written with the hyphen
• The Self-Made Legends Come Up
• SML, SML Bucks, SML Credits
• The Legendary Pull
• The house seal — the crown, monogram and laurel mark
• The crown emblem, used alone

Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of them. Not on a product, not in a business name, not in a handle, not in advertising, not in a domain.

What you may do

• View this site and share links to it
• Print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use
• Post a photo of a piece you bought, wearing it or showing it

What you may not do

• Copy, republish, or redistribute any part of this site
• Reproduce our garment designs, crest, artwork, or packaging — in any material, at any scale
• Use our name or marks on your own products, brand, store, or listings
• Sell, mint, or license anything derived from our designs, including as a digital item
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download this site by any automated means
• Use our content to train a machine learning model or dataset
• Reverse engineer or copy the code that runs this site
• Frame this site, or present our content as your own
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or ownership notice

Counterfeits

Producing, selling, or advertising goods bearing our marks without written permission is counterfeiting. We pursue it, and we pursue the platforms and manufacturers involved.

If you want to use something of ours, ask. Some things we will say yes to. Write to info@selfmadelegendsz.com. Permission only counts if it is in writing from us.

What you own

When you send us something — a Legendary Pull entry, a photo, a message — you keep ownership of it. We do not take your work.

You do give us permission to use it in connection with the thing you sent it for: to judge and, if you win, to share a Pull entry; to answer a support message; to respond to a question. If you would rather we did not share your entry publicly, tell us when you send it.

You confirm that what you send is yours to send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Buying from us

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We try hard to be accurate, but if a price or description is wrong we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour an error.

Every drop is a limited run. When a run is finished, that colorway is not produced again.

Your order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it. We may decline or cancel any order, and refund it, at our discretion — including where we suspect resale, fraud, or abuse of a discount code.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.

Colour and appearance

Screens differ. Gold on your phone is not gold on a garment, and fabric colour can vary slightly between runs. We describe pieces as honestly as we can.

The Legendary Pull

The monthly contest is governed by the House Rules published in that section of the site, which form part of these terms. It is free to enter, no purchase is necessary, and entries are judged on merit by the founder.

Using the site properly

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its data. Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately false through our forms. Do not impersonate anyone.

We may refuse service, close an account, or block access for any of the above.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere — a payment page, a social profile — we are not responsible for what is on the other end. Their terms apply once you leave.

Disclaimers and limits

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Self-Made Legends LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the order in question.

Nothing here removes rights you have under law that cannot be removed — including your rights when goods arrive faulty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Missouri, and both sides consent to that.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that govern that order.
